Ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift. Opened on Christmas Day to find a hole in the middle of the shirt and all of the quilting or cotton inside was spilling out and snagged. Tried to return or exchange it and they refused, saying I was past the return date. But of course, it was a Christmas gift so we didn't open it immediately. Very disappointed, very poor customer service. Would not recommend! Products are cheap and I have never been able to wear the shirt I paid $32 for. Total waste!
I have never been to the shop because I live in SC but I shop on their website ALL the time and I love their products! Great quality and reasonable prices, quick shipping and clear communication. I keep coming back!
