I bought a new to me F-150 from the guys at Dell's. The customer service was excellent! From test drive to picking up the vehicle, the process was smooth and the staff went above and beyond in customer service. Not your typical dealer. I will definitely be going back.

I was never going to leave a review about this dealership but considering everything that has happened with my car that I bought from them I thought I would. I got a SUV from them about 2 years ago. It was a nice looking car. The transaction was easy and smooth. Almost everything was done over the phone. I went to pick up the car on a weekend cause we were taking out kid to Sioux falls for the Monster Truck show. After 3 hours of driving the car off the lot, the check engine light came on. I called the sales person (who I will leave nameless). He told me that they were closed for the day and would need to come Monday. I said I can't come back on Monday cause I live in Huron, and I work in Alpena. He said he will contact someone he knows in Huron. He did do that. After several attempts they finally figured out what the problem was and it was fixed and paid by the dealership. Then 2 weeks later another check engine light. Then 3 months later after that another check engine light. I get that when you buy a used car it will require some repairs but I have put over 4,000 in repairs on this car. Now another check engine light came on 3 days ago and this is why I have finally decided to leave feedback. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!
They asked me to call, i called , they were going to figure out what they could do for me and call me back.....that was Tuesday, still no callback. I thought they would come through and I could update a positive outcome, still waiting
My daughter wanted her first car for herself and I told her to talk with Eric at Dells Auto. It was one of the best suggestions I ever had for her. She loved the experience, the car, the value, and now 6 months later the car has had no issues and she still loves it. I will always go back to Dells Auto. Eric is an honest salesman I would trust completely and Bob the owner stands behind the products. Thanks guys for a fantastic experience.
They sold me a truck , less than 24 hours later, check engine light and traction control light come on. Salesman reassures me they stand behind their sales and vehicles, they pay for diagnosis, find out it's a $2000 repair. Their mechanic tells me, truck fine, we don't "chase" sensors , it will probably happen again anyway, blah blah blah..I now am making payments for 5 years on a truck that's already depreciated $2000 in less than 24 hoursWARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!
